HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Ember Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
