HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone River Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
