HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ember Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
