HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Forge Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
