HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Bright Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
