HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Sable Community Partners is a Jackson charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
