HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Foods produces packaged foods at its Jackson plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
