HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Jackson with a full calendar of events, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
