HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meadow Insurance Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
