HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Kestrel Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Indianapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 844 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
