HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Ashton Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Indianapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
