HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Yarrow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Indianapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
