HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Summit Basin Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 522 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
