HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Indianapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 611 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
