HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Indianapolis design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
