HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Indianapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
