HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group is a law firm in Indianapolis serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
