HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
