HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Basin Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
