HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Foxglove Pike Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 531 people based in Houston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
