HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Lumen Nest Staffing is a Houston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
