HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Silverline Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Houston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
