HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Northwind Fox Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Houston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
