HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Houston area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Houston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
