HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Houston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
