HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Basin Facilities looks after properties across the Houston region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Houston. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
