HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Wilder Staffing places workers with employers around Houston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
