Harborlight Nest Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
