HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Bright Sable Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Houston plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
