HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Amber Markets serves neighbourhoods around Houston with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Houston. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
