HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Loom Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Houston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
