HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Cobalt Property Management looks after rental homes across the Honolulu area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
