HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Banking Services is a regional lender in Honolulu with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
