HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Juniper Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Honolulu plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
