HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Fern Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
