HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Pike Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
