HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fox Community Partners Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
