HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Orchard Foods is a Honolulu food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
