HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Wren Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
