HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Yarrow Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Honolulu with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
