HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Field Construction is a Honolulu contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
