HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Cedar Legal Group is a Hartford practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
