Highbridge Kestrel Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
