HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
