HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

Greenridge Pike Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
