HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Ashton Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Hartford working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
