HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Hartford working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 332 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
