HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

Summit Ashton Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
