HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

Foxglove Ivory Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Hartford. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
