HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Granite Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Hartford. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 899 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
